Ok guys, just bought an electric smoker - Bradley Original Smoker.

I'm looking for recipes and will share what I find.  My brother-in-law has one for salmon that uses Rum and Maple syrup.  Man is it good.

I have an offset smoker and I do pork shoulder/butt and beef brisket all the time.  Once upon a time, I had a few recipes I used to follow.  But I've done it for so long, I don't look at them anymore and I just light fires and go.  I have many secrets, but if I shared them, I'd have to shoot you afterwards.  BUT..  lemme look at some of my resources and I will drop some recipes on here for you.  Of course, it will be trial and error for you with your smoker, but practice makes perfect.  After that, it just becomes a habit, a ritual of sort, and your body reacts without your mind telling it what to do [smile]

I smoked a Corned Beef Brisket.  Wow, that turned out great.  I love Corned Beef anyway, but with the smoke added in, it was just awesome.
