I was challenged by Paula, a student in my first six grade class, to a shooting contest at my local indoor gun range. After warming up for 20 minutes on the range, the competition started. We each shot three times at 25 yards, 17 yards, then 10 yards. I am happy to report, I won by the slim margin of one point! I was a little nervous, because Paula has worked in law enforcement for many years. What were you both shooting? I'm surprised you weren't shooting one of your revolvers.

No wonder you won by one point, there are more than 9 hits on your target.

Good shooting to both of you.

Was Mary Lou taking the pictures?

Thanks, Steve.

Keith, she was shooting a Glock chambered in .45 caliber. I was shooting a Glock chambered in 9 mm. The reason for the extra shot on my target is, I had one bullet left in my magazine after the contest. I told everyone I was going to empty my magazine at the 4 o'clock position in the white area. So, that shot did not count. I was playing it safe.

I wasn't talking about the round down in the white at 4 o'clock but up in the black.

No, Mary Lou was not taking the picture. She is afraid of guns.
