If my memory serves me correctly, aren't you moving to Washington state?

Any luck selling your current home?

This is a true story! My wife and I decided to sell our condo fifteen years ago and buy a house. We decided to sell it in the morning? In the afternoon the doorbell rang? A lady asked me if I knew where a condo in our area was for sale. I said, "Do you want to buy ours?" I showed her our condo. And to make a story short, she said yes!
Then! Then! Then we told a local realtor what we just did. He said he would handle all the paperwork for free! (True Story!) and he did just that. And I'm tell you UVA7, that is a true story. Ask me to repeat the story at the reunion in front of my wife. I will. Incredible and true! I'll also buy you a drink!

I like the show. It is filmed in Canada. I guess the moral of the story is, do not buy a house in Canada. He needs to wear something other than suspenders and bibs. He is the star of the show.
