I may call UVA7 to the front of the banquet dance floor along with everyone else in this thread, as Kelly, our DJ since 2010, plays YMCA and we sing and dance to YMCA! Man, it is going to be a blast!

Kelly usually starts with them singing, IN THE NAVY then power shifts to YMCA.

Several members going to the reunion just PMed me asking me to post information on our forum how to dance the YMCA. They, too, want to get in the fun with everyone. Please watch this instructional video several times.

I just got back from swimming my laps at the YMCA. I usually listen to my waterproof iPod as I swim to help the time past, but I did not have it today. I found myself hearing that song play over and over and over as I did my laps! I was going CRAZY. Don't blame it on me. Blame it on Keith. He started the thread.

Lol. I have swimming goggles that has a waterproof ipod compartment on the back of my head strap as well. But, I lost my ipod shuffle years ago and the changed the design of the shuffle, since. Now I need to find a cheap used one so I can use those goggles again. Swimming laps is VERY boring without music. That's what I used to do for my cardio.
