We attended the Tarawa Reunion in Las Vegas August 2012 and are looking forward to seeing everyone again in August 2014.

ET2 Dan Ringeisen. Met the boat up in Long Beach after it had got into the yards. Its been a while, but I left her when she pulled back into the yards up there in 1981. I remember seeing what I think was the USS New Jersey sitting close by. Total time on board for me was 3 years, 3 months and 3 days. I remember sucking beers with Petrach. I remember when you were born. I brought your mother a small stuffed animal that I had taking up room in my small locker.

Hello everyone, have been outside had to shoot another Coyote, they create havoc with the horses and my dogs so I take care of them. Other then this I have been busy building a new deck , wish all of my shipmates the best.

I remember being on watch I believe the night you were born in the aft engine room, was told to have the aft diesel generator on standby, that they were thinking about a c section, so long ago, I believe we had two babies burned after plucking you folks off a messed up ship with way to many people on it. Again it was a long time ago, my memory not the best,
