Breathing is for some of us a real daily accomplishment, does that count?

Where are your pictures as a distance swimmer par excellence?

I go to the gym 3-4 times a week do 30 min. of cardio, followed by some weight training, . changed my eating habits, cut out a lot of "junk" and have been watching my portions. Probably the biggest, is no snacks after dinner. This has been working for me , if I keep going, I guess I'll have to change my nickname from Big Daddy.

That is great news! The most important thing in your life is your health. Yep, the free breakfast buffets at Sam's Town is incredibly delicious. The Meet and Greet Cocktail party serves unlimited Las Vegas hors d'oeuvres for 90 minutes! Everyone should plan on going home with a few extra pounds.

Bravo Zulu.
