Did he know what was happening, or is he innocent?

Guilty, but so are the refs and others. The refs touched the ball after every play and didn't stop the game. Let them pay the same dollar amount as the team is fined, $1,000,000,000.

No way he did not know and I'd bet at some point he said to someone that he wants the ball as close to the lowest pressure allowed so it was done. Likely for a long time. He will plead "no contest" to the commish therefore not admitting guilt, they will reduce the penalty and move on to making more money.

Problem is every team has done or is doing the exact same thing... So just change the rule to basically say each QB can have the balls the way they like them ( level playing field then) and move the hell on!

Guilty, and he and the owner know it.

My question is, does anyone think Brady and the Pats will get an # next to the win? Or will that only apply to Baseball?

Lastly, should Brady be banned from the HOF, or will Pete Rose be allowed to return to baseball, enter Cooperstown and everyone goes on their way?

Don't think Pete will be allowed back in baseball, but I think he will eventually get in the HOF. Just hope he's still alive to see it.

Pete Rose does belong in the HOF, but I think they'll purposely wait until after he dies.

Brady's guilty and Pete Rose should be in the HOF.  I agree, It probably won't happen until after hes gone.

I know and understand the rule that is baring Rose, but I don't agree with it.

Rose should be considered for the HOF as a player.

His gambling problem and subsequent barring took place as a manager, 3 years after he retired as a player.
