What is your favorite weapon? Remember this could be answered many ways, 1) one you own, 2) one you wish you owned and 3) one you just dream about. For me while I have a few, my favorite would have to be my M1 Garand. Takes me back to my early days in the Corps. While I trained with the M14, I have always been partial to the M1s. They have just released a documentary on the M1 Garand which can be ordered from the Garand Collectors Association. Their website is http://thecga.org.

I love all 67 guns I have but almost half are shotguns, my favorite would have to be my 44 mag, smith/wesson Model 29, it was my second gun ever in 1972, I went to Alaska after high school, and my friend had one too, so we had some great shooting matches, but over the years I really got into shotguns, I love these more now because honestly I love to blow the crap out of targets and it may not be as technical then rifle shooting, I have some margin of error and still can hit my target, my eyes are tired so I need help, as for a gun I want, well I want a 1911 Army 45 cal
